eStatements is a FREE service that allows you to see you regular account statement online. It helps eliminate paperwork and gives you a quick, easy way to view, save or print your statement.

Effective September 1, 2007 (August 2007 statements) we implemented a new system of e-statement retrieval. This new system is part of our ongoing efforts to secure your financial information and enhance your user experience. This new system appears somewhat different than the one that you’ve become accustomed to, however, still provides you with the level of service you’ve grown to expect from USSFCU.

	Web Browser: Netscape Navigator (version 4.05 or higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.5 or higher).
How to Enroll
1.	Log into CU AnyHour.
2.	Click on the"Services" tab on the top.
3.	Click on the "Statement Option" link.
4.	Read the Electronic Statement Disclosure.
5.	Check the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box.
6.	Click the "Yes, stop sending me paper statements" button.*
7.	Verify your email address if your email is already in our system or enter your email address if we don't have your email in the database.
8.	Click the "Change" button.
	*If you want to revert back to the paper statement you must notify us via email (eBranch@ussfcu.org) or call us at 202 224-2967 or 1 (800) 374-2758.
Access Your eStatements
1.	Receive a email notification that your statement is ready online.
2.	Log into CU AnyHour.
3.	Click on the "eStatement" tab on the top.
4.	You will see a list of statements with HTML and PDF icons.
5	Click on any HTML or PDF icon to view that month's statement in your preferred format:
