Until June 30, 2009, credit union members will receive a Credit Union Member Cash discount of $500 or $1,000 on most Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles.

Which Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers are participating in this program?

| This program is available through all participating Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealers in the U.S., and is voluntary on the part of the dealers. Please inform your dealer of your intention to use Credit Union Member Cash from Chrysler when purchasing your vehicle. |

| Can members eligible to receive the Chrysler Employee Discount also receive the Credit Union Member Cash? |

| Yes, however this program is not compatible with the Employee Bonus Cash program or when financing your vehicle through a lender other than your participating credit union. |

| Does the discount apply to vehicles that are ordered as well as those currently on a dealer’s lot? |

Yes. You can receive the Credit Union Member Cash discount when ordering your vehicle through a participating Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealer. However, you must take delivery of the ordered vehicle by 6/30/09. |

| Do I have to finance through my credit union? |
|
Yes. You can only receive Credit Union Member Cash if you finance your new vehicle through a participating credit union. |

| What will I need to provide to a dealer to prove my credit union membership? |
|
The vehicle must be financed through your credit union, and your vehicle loan is proof that you are a member. You will not need to show additional membership credentials to the dealer. |

| How do I get the Credit Union Member Cash Discount from Chrysler? |
|
Simply tell your dealer you will finance an eligible new vehicle through your credit union and would like to use the Credit Union Member Cash when purchasing or leasing your vehicle. |
