|
| Is CU AnyHour secure? |
 |
In today's environment, you are safer sending transaction information over the Internet than giving a credit card to a server at the end of a meal. No transaction is 100% safe - even cash can be stolen. Despite media hype about Internet safety, you can rest assured that Internet banking is in many ways safer than transactions over the phone, at a restaurant or at a department store. Your account(s) can only be accessed using the 8 to 20 character alphanumeric security code you select.
Plus, CU AnyHour combines the latest secure socket (SSL) technology with a strong server firewall. Security encryption verifies the server/ message authentication, privacy encryption and data integrity to a 128-bit key (a scrambler that requires would-be fraudulent users to crack as many as 2 to the 128th power combinations).
|
| Who do I contact if I forget my password? |
 |
Please call our member service center to regain your password at 1 (800) 374 2758, 202-224-2967 or 703-329-8466. |
| I tried to view check images on CU AnyHour, it says "No Image Found." Why? |
 |
There are a few situations in which checks cannot be displayed, such as if the checks are:
- electronic version of the check
- from an account starter set
- older than 2 years
- ordered from a non-USSFCU source, such as an outside check vendor
- a cashier's or similar type check that is issued on a member's account
If you attempt to view this type of check, a message will appear prompting you to contact a Member Services Officer for assistance. |
