Call Center Member Service Officer - Staunton, VA
Responsible for promoting all Credit Union products, opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and resolving member problems via the internet and fax.
Requires three (3) years of new accounts or lending experience in a financial institution. Requires excellent writing skills with the ability to promote appropriate Credit Union products and services.
