How to Redeem Points for Gift Certificates

Step One: 

• Visit www.signatureawards.com or call the redemption center at 877-909-1450 from 6 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.
• Complete the redemption form online or over the phone
• Your 1 800 Gift Certificate Award number (GCA) and personal identification number (PIN) will be sent to you via email or US Mail

Step Two:

• Visit www.800giftcertificate.com
• Click the "REDEEM" button and enter your GCA number and PIN or call 800-443-8237.
• Follow the instructions to receive brand name retail merchandise, gift certificates and travel packages from hundreds of retailers, restaurants and e-tailers such as Amazon.com, Coach, Macy’s, Marriott, Pottery Barn, The Sharper Image, and more.
• Your 1 800 Gift Certificate Award can be divided among several participating merchants.

Travel Awards

As always, with Signature Awards your travel options are virtually limitless. Just 27,000 points are required for a free airline ticket – with no blackout dates (however, we recommend that you book early for holiday travel). For added flexibility, choose the Traveler’s Choice, this allows you travel without restrictions (21-day advance purchase and Saturday night stay are not required).

The Traveler’s Choice award allows you to apply $325.00 credit toward the value of your ticket. If the cost of your desired ticket is more than the Traveler's Choice Award, you simply pay the difference. Tickets must be purchased through the award program’s travel agency.
