USSFCU TeleAction is a 24-hour automated telephone service, providing personal and confidential account information, and the ability to perform many general account/loan transactions.

Steps:
squares Follow the prompts to TeleAction service.
squares Enter your account number followed by your PIN (Personal Identification Number) followed by the pound sign.
You will then be prompted to enter your Secondary Access code.
squares Press # to process this entry (like most TeleAction transactions).

A main menu of options provides account transaction or information service.

  • Press 1 for account balances.
  • Press 2 for account history.
  • Press 3 for withdrawals.
  • Press 4 for transactions.
  • Press 5 for checking information.
  • Press 6 for loan/credit card information.
  • Press 7 for additional options.

Easy Access is also available in Spanish.

Please note: Your PIN is established at the time you open an account or otherwise are granted this service, and can be changed by contacting the Credit Union.
