USSFCU TeleAction is a 24-hour automated telephone service, providing personal and confidential account information, and the ability to perform many general account/loan transactions.

Follow the prompts to TeleAction service. |

Enter your account number followed by your PIN (Personal Identification Number) followed by the pound sign. You will then be prompted to enter your Secondary Access code. |

Press # to process this entry (like most TeleAction transactions). |

A main menu of options provides account transaction or information service.
- Press 1 for account balances.
- Press 2 for account history.
- Press 3 for withdrawals.
- Press 4 for transactions.
- Press 5 for checking information.
- Press 6 for loan/credit card information.
- Press 7 for additional options.
Easy Access is also available in Spanish. |
