Note - You cannot use the same mobile telephone number on more than one account. A mobile telephone number may only be entered once into the Mobile Text Banking system. If you would like to enroll more than one account in Mobile Text Banking, alternate account record(s) will need to be established under one of the accounts. To establish an alternate account record, please contact a Member Service Officer at 202.224.2967, 800.374.2758 outside the DC metro area, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also complete your request by visiting any USSFCU branch. Once the alternate account record(s) is established you may log into CU AnyHour+ and go to Options > Mobile Banking > Mobile Text Banking to select all of the shares/loans you would like to have access to in Mobile Text Banking.
Enrolling for Mobile Banking Text (SMS Messages)
Enrolling for text banking must be done through the traditional CU AnyHour+ site.
Step 1: Log into CU AnyHour+.
Step 2: Select Options > Mobile Settings > Text Mobile banking.
Step 3: Enter mobile phone number, select accounts to access via text, and create Mobile Short Name for each selected account. Click Submit.
Mobile Short Name is the name included in the text to request information for a specific account.
Ex: Texting “Bal” returns the balance of all accounts. Texting “Bal Chk” returns only the balance of the account with “Chk” as the mobile short name.
Step 4: Review enrollment information. Check I accept these full terms and conditions and click Confirm. 2012.06a Page 58 of 64
Step 5: Confirmation screen provides instructions to complete the enrollment process.
Step 6: Text the validation code provided on the confirmation screen to 89549 to complete the enrollment process.
Text “Bal” to request balance information for all enrolled accounts.
Text “Bal <Mobile Short Name>” to request balance information for a specific account.
Text “Hist” to request last four transactions for all enrolled accounts.
Text “Hist <Mobile Short Name>” to request last four transactions for a specific account.
