2025 Holiday Donations - Manna Food Center (Maryland)

The United States Senate Federal Credit Union (USSFCU) is pleased to announce our $10,000 donation to Manna Food Center in Maryland.

Manna Food Center’s story began in 1983 with the mission to eliminate hunger through food distribution, education, and advocacy, serving those in need in Montgomery County, Maryland. Manna offers families approximately 45 pounds of perishable and non-perishable food every month through their Food for Families program – sharing up to 3.3 million pounds of food each year with approximately 12,000 families.

Through the Manna Choice Market, the Food Center provides a market-style distribution system to families, allowing participants to select the items they want right off the shelf – providing choice and self-empowerment.
