2025 Holiday Donations - ALIVE! (Alexandria, VA)

The United States Senate Federal Credit Union (USSFCU) is pleased to announce our $10,000 donation to ALIVE! in Alexandria, VA.

In addition to USSFCU’s financial support, through generous community and employee donations, 327 pounds of non-perishable and shelf-stable food items were donated to the ALIVE! Food Hub.

Founded in 1969, ALIVE! is the largest organization in Alexandria working to prevent food and housing insecurity. Each month, ALIVE! serves 20,000 individuals through food distribution programs, transitional shelter, emergency financial assistance and eviction prevention, and furniture and housewares. Through the ALIVE! Food Hubs, participants may select food in a market-style setting and get information to connect with resources and services including rental assistance, food security, and city community services.
