Home Improvement Plus loan offers fixed rates, loan amounts between $7,500 and $70,000 and repayment terms up to 180-months. A Home Improvement Plus loan with an original balance of $25,000 and a 180-month term with an APR of 6.75% totals a monthly payment of $221.23. Rates effective as of November 1, 2018. Appraisals may be required for Home Improvement Plus loans with a debt to income ratio over 43%.
