2025 Dream Home Loans and Shred Event

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, USSFCU hosted our annual Dream Home Loans Open House and Shred Event at our flagship Bowman branch in Alexandria, VA.

Despite a wicked storm the previous evening, the day opened up to sunshine and the positive attitudes of USSFCU staff eager to connect with our surrounding community members. Attendees were able to securely shred their sensitive documents with our vendor, TrueShed, while learning about the benefits and security of membership with the credit union.

Attendees also enjoyed lunch provided by Mission BBQ and learning from our experts about the home purchasing process with USSFCU and in the Alexandria area. Five lucky winners also left with their own table-top BBQ grill set and tools to enjoy grilling out at their own homes.
