Telephone Banking (TeleAction)

With USSFCU’s telephone banking your accounts are just a phone call away. TeleAction is our 24-hour automated telephone banking service where you can get account balances, transfer funds between accounts, find out if a check has cleared, and perform a variety of other transactions. We have recently upgraded the services this system provides in order to give you and all of our members the best service possible when using TeleAction.

Connection to TeleAction will remain the same.

How to connect:

  1. Simply dial 800.374.2758 or 202.228.1156
  2. Follow the prompts to TeleAction service
  3. Enter your account number, followed by your PIN, followed by the pound sign (#)
  4. Choose one of the following options presented

Please note: Your PIN is established at the time you open an account and can be changed by contacting us at 800.374.2758
