Telephone Banking

With USSFCU’s telephone banking your accounts are just a phone call away. TeleAction is our 24-hour automated telephone banking service where you can get account balances, transfer funds between accounts, find out if a check has cleared, and perform a variety of other transactions.

How to connect:

  1. Simply dial 800.374.2758
  2. Follow the prompts to TeleAction service
  3. Enter your account number, followed by your PIN, followed by the pound sign
  4. Then enter your Secondary Access code
  5. Press # to process your entry
  6. Choose one of the following options presented

Please note: Your PIN is established at the time you open an account and can be changed by contacting us at 800.374.2758
