How to get started

Enroll in mobile banking through USSFCU’s online banking. Then download our free app to easily access your accounts from your iPhone®, iPad® or Android™ device.

For iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch® users:

  1. Launch the USSFCU banking app from the Apple App Store® on your device
  2. Enter your CU AnyHour ID and Password*
  3. Enter your Apple ID password, then confirm

For Android users:

  1. Launch USSFCU banking app from the Google Play™ Store on your device
  2. Enter your CU AnyHour ID and Password*
  3. Then start using your app to confirm

Effective September 5, 2018, in addition to signing the back of the check, you will be required to write the phrase "For USSFCU Mobile Deposit Only" on the two lines under your signature. For more information, please review the Revised Endorsement Guidelines

Capture check images for deposit with a compatible smartphone or a tablet. Then use the RDA feature to submit the images to USSFCU for processing.

Easy to use, accurate and highly secure, RDA can accept both business and personal checks.

How to get started

From your smartphone:

  1. Download the USSFCU app if you don't have it installed on your smartphone (iPhone®iPad®, or Android™)
  2. Log into the CU AnyHour+ app and click on "Deposits" link at bottom of the screen
  3. Sign the back of the check your will be depositing, you do NOT need to include your account number. 
  4. On the line under your signature, you will need to write the phrase For USSFCU Mobile Deposit Only (You can carry the phrase to a second line if there is not enough room to fit it on one line)

  5. Take a picture of the front and back of your check. Enter the check amount and select the account for your deposit
  6. Click on "Deposit Check" button to submit

You will receive a message once your image is received. The transaction will be posted to your account with the notation "RDA Deposit".

Don’t have internet access on your phone? You can still view your balance and account history using your mobile device— just by texting!

Enroll in Mobile Text Banking:

  1. Log into your USSFCU CU AnyHour+ online banking account.
  2. Select Options > Mobile Settings > Text Mobile Settings.
  3. Check and accept the full Terms and Conditions.
  4. Enter your mobile phone number.
  5. Select the accounts you would like to access via text and create a Mobile Short Name for each selected account.
  6. Review your enrollment selections, and then select Submit. An Information Message will display the steps to take on your mobile device to complete the enrollment process. Your device will then receive a text message.
  7. Reply Yes to the text message on your mobile device.

And that’s it! You can get started using text banking right away.

Use the following commands to view your account balance and recent transaction history:

Bal=All Acct Bal | Bal "Mobile Short Name"=Single Acct Bal

Hist=All Accts Recent Activity | Hist "Mobile Short Name" =Single Acct Activity

Help=Commands | Stop=Cancel
