If you believe your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please let us know immediately.
Block Your Lost or Stolen Card:

Outside the United States:
Call collect at 206.624.7998
CU AnyHour+ Home banking:
Refer to the graphic below when following the steps to block your lost or stolen card.
- Once you have logged in to your account, click “Options”
- Next click “Activate or Block Cards”
- Check the box to “Activate” or “Block” your card
- Click “Submit”
Your card will now be blocked! To request a new card please call our Member Services Contact Center at 800.374.2758 Monday & Tuesday- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST or stop by one of our branch locations to receive your new card issued instantly.
