Lost or Stolen Card

If you believe your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please let us know immediately.

During business hours:

CU AnyHour+ Home banking:

Refer to the graphic below when following the steps to block your lost or stolen card.

  1. Once you have logged in to your account, click “Options”
  2. Next click “Activate or Block Cards”
  3. Check the box to “Activate” or “Block” your card
  4. Click “Submit”

Your card will now be blocked! To request a new card please call our Member Services Call Center at 800.374.2758 Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST or stop by one of our branch locations to receive your new card issued instantly.
