If you believe your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please let us know immediately.
Block Your Lost or Stolen Card:

Outside the United States:
Call collect at 206.624.7998
myUSSFCU Online and Mobile Banking:
Turn your card on or off, or report a lost or stolen card.
- Log into your myUSSFCU account
- Select the account associated with the card you'd like to manage
- Select “Card management”
- To turn a card on or off: Use the toggle button to turn card from active to inactive status
- To report a lost or stolen card: Select "Report card lost/stolen
To request a new card please call our Member Services Contact Center at 800.374.2758 Monday & Tuesday- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST or stop by one of our branch locations to receive your new card issued instantly.
