Q: What is the Loan-by-Phone program?
A: The Loan-by-Phone program is an expansion of our after-hours contact center services. In addition to providing financial and account services, live representatives are now available to review loan products and accept applications with members calling after 4 pm and on weekends.
Q: What types of loan applications do after-hours representatives handle?
A: After-hour representatives will handle consumer loans including credit cards, personal loans, personal lines of credit, new and used autos, and new and used recreational vehicles.
Q: Where can I find my account number?
A: The easiest, quickest way to find your account number (a.k.a. your member number) is on your statement. To access your eStatement, simply log in to your my.ussfcu account, select eStatements and your account number will appear at the top right of the screen.
