National Governors Association's Wellness Fair
Published: November 21, 2019

USSFCU joins employees of the National Governors Association (NGA) for their Annual Employee Benefits Fair.
Hosted in the Hall of the States Building, TEAM USSFCU was on hand to greet employees of The National Governors Association and educate them on the benefits of Credit Union membership. Employees of NGA have been eligible for membership since 2002.
Founded in 1908, the NGA is the collective voice of the nation’s 50 states and five (5) territory governors that promotes visionary state leadership and shares best practices. The NGA stands strong in the spirit of support by providing management and technical assistance to both new and incumbent governors, such as services to represent states on Capitol Hill and before the Administration on key federal policy issues.
In addition to the National Governors Association, USSFCU extends Credit Union membership and financial services to many of the organizations in the Hall of the States. Read below to learn about a few more.
The Multistate Tax Commission (MTC) is an intergovernmental state tax agency working on behalf of states and taxpayers to facilitate the equitable and efficient administration of state tax laws that apply to multistate and multinational enterprises. The Commission was created in 1967 and is considered the “gold standard” for tax policy development and is the primary authority for the public and public officials on issues of state and local tax uniformity and fairness.

National Association of State Budget Officers (NASBO) is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit research and educational organization located in Washington, D.C.
