Limited time offer available January 1 – December 31, 2023. For both the referred individual and the referring USSFCU member to qualify for and receive the $50.00 referral reward, the following conditions must be met:
The referring member must be a current USSFCU member in good standing (maintaining primary share minimum balance requirements of $5.00 or more) and must not have previously caused a loss to the credit union to be eligible for a referral reward.
The referred individual must be a new USSFCU member. A new member is defined as someone who does not have an existing relationship with USSFCU at the time the new membership is established.
For USSFCU membership the referred individual must open a Primary Savings Account with a minimum balance of $5.00 and pay the one-time-only membership fee of $1.00. The referred individual must also open a USSFCU Senate Checking account and opt to receive a Visa® Debit Card, at no additional charge, during the eligible program period. Both membership and checking requirements must be met within 30 days following application for membership. The referred individual must open the new account using the promo code FAMILY. New accounts must be fully established and funded within 30 days of submitting application for USSFCU membership. The referred member's primary savings and checking account must remain open and maintain minimum balance requirements for no less than 30 days after opening. Accounts that do not meet this standard will forfeit both parties’ ability to earn a $50 bonus.
Rewards that have been fully earned and qualified for will be paid by direct deposit to the primary savings account of each party within 30 - 60 days after meeting promotion requirements. Only one reward will be provided per referred individual. The referring member and the referred individual must be 18 years or older to participate in this promotion.
The family referral program may be terminated or withdrawn at any time and is subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. USSFCU reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s eligibility to participate in this program at any time, with or without prior notice. May not be combined with any other offer.
