2. No Overdraft and NSF Fees: Extra Coverage When It’s Needed Most

We know life can throw curveballs. That’s why our Courtesy Pay Program (CPP) is here to give you some flexibility if you need it, covering overdrafts up to $500 for Senate Checking (and up to $1,000 for Gold Source Checking) as long as your account remains in good standing. This is a courtesy, free of charge, that can be a helpful safety net in times of need.

3. Exclusive Relationship Discounts on Select Loans

5. Skip-A-Payment Option: Flexibility When You Need It

When life gets hectic, our Skip-A-Pay program allows eligible members to take a break from certain loan payments. This feature, available through online banking, lets you skip a payment on qualifying loans with just a few simple clicks. Here’s how:

  • Log into your myUSSFCU account.
  • Navigate to "Skip a Payment" in the menu.
  • Select an eligible loan and review the terms.

This flexibility can help you navigate unexpected expenses or manage your budget with ease.

6. Quick Card Management and Security

Losing a card can be stressful, but USSFCU makes it easy to lock, report, and replace your card to keep your finances safe. Here’s what to do if you lose your card:

  • Business Hours: Call Member Services at 800.374.2758.
  • After Hours: Contact us at 800.547.0527.

Or, manage it yourself through myUSSFCU by navigating to “Card Management” to lock your card or report it lost or stolen. For a replacement, you can stop by a branch for an instant issuance or reach out to Member Services.

7. Early Direct Deposit: Access Your Paycheck Sooner

With Early Direct Deposit, you can access your paycheck up to two days earlier than usual, giving you quicker access to your funds and more control over your cash flow. It’s just one more way we make banking convenient and flexible.

8. Surcharge-Free ATMs and a Nationwide Network of Shared Branches

No matter where you are, USSFCU gives you access to over 100,000 surcharge-free ATMs and more than 5,000 shared branches. This extensive network makes it easy for you to access your money without fees when you need it. To locate nearby ATMs or shared branches, text your ZIP code to 91989 or use our ATM locator at ussfcu.org/atms.

9. Financial Advisory Services from Fellows Financial Group

Through our partnership with Fellows Financial Group, USSFCU members have access to professional financial advisory and planning services tailored to individual or business needs.
