April is CU Youth Month!
Published: March 20, 2019

April is National Credit Union Youth Month. A month that brings special attention to the importance financial education plays in helping children become financially healthy adults. The sooner you proactively educate children about how to manage their money, the more likely they’ll become financially savvy adults.
Financial education from your credit union can be instrumental in helping children become financially healthy adults. To prepare for the month we’ve put together a list of books recommended for introducing and teaching children about money. By engaging children, we can set them on the path to financial education, understanding and security. Check out our list below.
To commemorate this special month USSFCU will be donating copies of these books to children and schools throughout the DC metro area.
