1 Weekly submissions and drawings will take place in branch lobbies only. Entries and drawings will not take place or be collected at USSFCU Eisenhower Branch. 2 Limited time offers. One entry per USSFCU Branch transaction. A transaction is defined as a deposit and/or withdrawal with a teller, new account opened, loan applied for or service added. Participants must complete a transaction at a USSFCU Branch location with a USSFCU Teller or Member Service Representative to receive an entry form. Completed entry forms must be placed in the collection box. Entry forms must be complete, accurate and legible to qualify, and not changes are permitted one submitted. Promotional period begins Monday, November 1, 2021 (12:01am ET) and ends Tuesday, November 30, 2021 (11:59pm ET). 3 One (1) weekly winner will be selected at random for each USSFCU Branch Location at the end of each business week for a total of twelve (12) weekly winners. Each winner will be notified by phone or email the next business day after random selection. Failure to respond to winner notification within three (3) business days will be deemed a forfeiture and alternate winner may be selected at USSFCU’s sole discretion. USSFCU is not responsible for email notifications that are undeliverable or voicemail messages not received. Upon winner(s) verification, as a condition of being named official winner(s), potential winner(s) must claim their prize in person at USSFCU within three (3) business days of being named winner(s). No advanced or prior purchase or payment necessary (in form of auto loan application, approval, and funding). See below for alternative method to enter. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed. Failure to comply with any deadline in the Official Rules shall be deemed to be winner’s(s’) forfeiture of their right to claim prize. Only individual persons may participate. Registration or participation from any corporation or other entity shall not be accepted or considered valid. USSFCU Board members, employees and their immediate family are not eligible for this promotion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. USSFCU reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue this promotion at any time and without advanced notice.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Anyone age 18 and over who does not qualify for the drawing by completing a transaction in a USSFCU Branch during the specified time period can enter once a week by sending a 3x5 postcard with your name, phone number, complete address, email and birth date in a sealed envelope to: Giving Thanks Giveaway (Print Name of Preferred USSFCU Branch, i.e., Hart Branch, GAO Branch, Bowman), P.O. Box 77920, Washington, DC 20013-8920, and each post card must be postmarked by Monday of each week of November 2021 (Monday, November 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2021) to qualify and be entered into the drawing. to qualify and be entered into the drawing.
